WMPCS -- A Learning Place

Wow! Where did the summer go? Seems like yesterday we were putting away our children's school uniforms and backpacks and trading them in for flip flops and bathing suits! Our children's clothing may have changed for the season, but did they? Did they learn anything new over the summer? Did they retain what they learned from the previous year?

This month's blog quote is a Chinese Proverb: "Learning is a treasure that will follow its owner everywhere."

Yes, it's reassuring to know our children have learned and will continue to learn; and yes, it's wonderful to know whatever they learn, it will follow them all their lives; but, it's most important to know what an awesome responsibility and privilege it is to help them learn, and learn the right things. That's why we chose for our children to attend WMPCS isn't it?
